Secretary and Treasurer for Party Elected INDIANAPOLIS, May 6. The democratic state committee late Friday re-elected A. C. Sallee. secretary, to serve another two years, and selected William Fogarty, treasurer. Foga.rty will succeed Hugh Dougherty, who has been treasurer of the committee for several years. Sallee had intended to re-sign the secretaryship in order to give his time to other business, but he wa-s persuaded again to tako up the duties. Ho served as secretary to Sen. Taggart when the latter was national chuirman. The state committee decided To hold a general conference of all county chairmen and secretaries or county committees on May IS. The meeting will bo held at the West Shore club and will be an all-day affair. The general plans for conducting the campaign will be outlined.
