H, 1914. all the defendants except Tausrher lf'New York carrying the dynamite in suitcases and proceeded by rail to Niagara Kails. Sources of Information on which the complaint is based are kept secret, for the stated reason that to disclose them would be contrary to public policy. Tausrher was arrested at his office in this city and taken before t'nited States Commissioner Hamilton.
