BUSINESS ISSUES

F you are up against anj aerious problem In your work don't try to sidestep it. to Jolly

yourself along with the idea tbat if you let the thing drift It will somehow setUe Itself. You can't evade a business Issue and expect to come out safe. "And women," said a human being who wusn't one tho other day. "women often seem lo think that business Is only another sort of social game, and that their personal charm is going to Bee them through difficulties In tho ono as In the other. Well, It wont! A business difficulty, a slump In trade, a necessity to put the office force on a more effluent basis, a rival who threatens langer, a now machine that is going o alter production things like that have to be faced squarely and understood. They're definite as a stone wall, and even a woman won't try to get through a stone wall by simply smiling at the obstacle." As far as I can see, what this man said ia true enough, only it applies to both sexes. Men are given to evasion as well as women, and many a good business has gone to smaah, many a clever employe been dismissed, whether man or woman, because of this lack of ability to meet a definite situation pquarely and clearly. Being honest In your business life means a lot more than Just not cheating a customer. It means being honest with your own worth. You can't dodge issues and be entirely honest If you have the least reason to think you aren't making good in any direction, don't shut your eyes to the unpleasant impression, but get ilghl down to tho fact3 in the case.

"Th general opinion is that this statement is proof of Houmania's rejection of the new proposals made by the entente on Oct. 2S. "The Roumanian government has ordered two Russian torpedo boats anil an armed Russian steamer at Turnzverin. in Roumanian waters on the Danube, to be disarmed and interned."

But If you smoke quite often if yon would like to smoke whenever you feel like it and without any effect on the tongue or throat or any fear of a heavy or "heady" feeling afterwards then you should choose some cigarette such as Fatima, a cigarette composed of all-pure tobaccos of considerable aroma, mellowed by being aged and carefully blended to produce a fragrant and wholesomely mild yet 'Jutl-bodied," smoke. How to Find "yourj

To avoid blindly trying too many different cigarettes, ask yourself first of all, this question: "Just xohat do I Eke in a cigarette? " j If you smoke only a few every day, you may prefer a cigarette which is rather rich or heavy and "oily." Or you may like one which has a rather strong "oriental" taste with a pungency almost like perfume. Or you may want a cigarette with that noticeably "sweetish" Egyptian

The one purpose qf this advertisement is to ask you in a fair and square way to give Fatimas (20 for 15c) a good trial. If they don't happen to suit your taste, you'll quit smoking them of courte. But if you like Fatimas as well as MOST men do, you'll be mighty glad you read this advertisement and ACTED ON IT 1 Below are two simple tests which you can easily make and which may help you find your sensible cigarette. j It may or mav not be Fatima.
