Shoots Fiancee And Self in Fit Of Jealous Raqe UELVIDKIIL, 111.. July 7. Charles Bremer, a youn farmer of near here, and his nance, Miss Ida Camp, were dead today as the result of Bremer's jealousy. Miss Camp wont to Ilockford. 111., with a youn man from Chicago, a friend of her brother's, and when Bremer upbraided her for this, she handed him back his rinjr. Bremer drew a revolver, shot the Kirl twice in the head and tired two bullets into his own body. Both died within a few minutes. The farm of Bremer adjoined that of Miss Camp's father. When Bremer went over to call at the Camp heme yesterday, Miss Camp was playing a love song when Bremer entered the room. At her Fide was Kdward Lippert, her brother's friend. "You folks must have had a good time yesterday at llockford. You ought to have had me alon for a chaperon," laughed the farmer. Then he said to his fiance: "Suppose you take a little trip with me, Ida. We'll ko down to IlelviJere today and get married and have it all over with." Ida was carelessly playing the piano again, another love song. Lippert had stepped out of the room. Hrmcr was .standing beside her talking. The music had stopped. Mrs. Camp saw Ida stand and face Bremer. She tugged at a ring on her finger, removed It and handed it to Bremer, lie stepped toward her with his arms extended, and the girl tied into another room, locking the door behind her. Bremer threw his weight against the door. It fell to the Uoor with a crash. Lippert and Mrs. Camp rushed in just in time to see Bremer shoot twice at the girl and twice into his own body. The battleship Wisconsin sailed at noon Tuesday from Annapolis for Panama and San Francisco with the first detachment of midshipmen on their annunl practice cruise.
