Structure at Springhrook to Seat 3,500 People Will Be Erected of Steel and Concrete. Contracts fir the erection of a concrete and steel grandstand at the race track at Springhrook park, which will accommodate :."0 0 people, were let at v, meeting of the St. Joseph Fair and Amusement, association committee held Sunday morning at the Oliver hotel.
