WIFE GETS RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST HUSBAND Mrs. Walley Petitions For Divorce ami Ask That Klkhart Vndertakins Business Be DU-ohed.

Charging that her husband has taken to gambling and has become sullen and morose toward her. Mrs. Klla M. Walley filed a petition for divorce in the circuit court Tuesday afternoon against Charles Edwin Walley of Klkhart. The petitioner says that she has an interest In an undertaking business at Klkhart and she has secured a temporary restraining order against her husband to keep him from disposing of any of tho business pending tho litigation. She asks ifor a receiver to tako charge of the 'business until a settlement is made. The petitioner says that she and the defendant have been married for seven years and that she is a partner in an undertaking business run by him and which has assets to the amount of $25,000. she says also that her husband has. otlier property to the value of $5,000. he asks for alimony and for the privilege of resuming her maiden name of Ella M. Duke.

GRANTS TWO DIVORCES A divorce was granted by Judge Funk Tuesday afternoon to Hose Currie from John J. Currlo on the ground of cruelty. The petitioner was given the custody of two children. A divorce was also granted to Mildred M. Chart from Dennis II. Chart on the grounds of non-support. The petitioner was given the custody of two children and also 1 3 a week fori their support.
