Alloln that the inventory and appraisement hied in the circuit court is Incorrect and that they are heirs to one-ninth share in the estate of Jacob Ilinehart. ilerl and Vern Itinehart have filed suit in the circuit court aKnlnst I-ucy Ilinehart, tho administratrix of the estate in an effort to secure a share of the property. The two plaintiffs are grandchildren of Jacob Rinehart, the deceased husband of tho dfndant. and it is claimed that the administratrix failed to file a correct report of property owned by their grandfather while It is also alleged that he was of unsound mind when he transferred certain property In April, I'J03, accepting a note made out to the administratrix for $!,10Cr as part payment. The plaintiffs assert that the defendant should have had no share in this and that she forced her husband to have the note made out in her name. They ask that the administratrix refund the money to the estate and that it be divided equally amonsr tho heirs.
