MOOSE PLAN MEMORIAL Services Will W Held liy Local Lodge Sunday.
The South Hend lodge, I-oyal Order of the Moose, will hold a memorial service in their hall lure next Sunday afternoon, April The officers urpe that the members of the lode attend the services here and that they bring their friends. The Moose are also planning to put a baseball team oin the field. The plans for this departure are still some w hat nebulous and the backers of the plan have not made any definite arrangements as yet. The plan will likely carry through, however, and the scheme will be perfected at the next regular meeting. The lode rooms are now supplied with 20 of th? latest publications. The entire proceeds from the pool tournament just closed were used for the purpose of subscribing for magazines and tiie lodge room is now as complete in this regard as any in th- city.

CASE UNDER ADVISEMENT Court Will Announce Decision in the Dunnahoo Suit April 21.

The $3,ooo suit of Frank Dunnahoo against the Chicago. South IJend and Northern Indiana Railway company was taken under advisement in the circuit court Thursday by special Judge Thomas W. Slick, the judge anliouncing that ho would return Ins decision on April 2 4. The suit involves a garnishee judgment which Dunnahoo secured against the road in 100G. There was somequestion about a suit to be brought against the road to recover thi money apain and Dunnahoo left the money with the company at fcix per c nt interest. Mr. Dunnahoo is now trying to recover the money.

Invitations will be issued today to members of the Chamber of Commerce for a reception and smoker at the Commercial Athletic club on the evening of April 2 in honor of H. G. Spaulding the new secretary of the chamber.
