Kiehards. a well dressed yoimir man. while thekv investijrute more than a score of worthless checks he is said to have left in his wake in a trip through the east. The Pinkerton detective agency caused his arrest, charging him with passing valueless paper in Rochester and Albany. X. Y. At Rochester it was alleged he obtained nearly ?00. Richards likely will be taken to Detroit where it is ehurixed that he forced and cashed a check for $200 at the Peninsular State bank. Richards has a sister here who is critically ill and his mother is prostrated on account of his arrest.
