The defence contended that Mrs. Dillon committed suicide Put the court refused to allow the evidence which It was bijevod would have proven this. Dillon 'will be released at once.

Other new olliccrs are, John M. Lewis, Seymour, grand chancellor: Itohert A. Drown, Franklin. vice chancellor; Charles F. Kerr.y. Columbu.. grand prelate; Harry Wade, Lafayette, grand secretary; William 'A. Morris. Frankfort, grand treasurer; F. A. Priest, Marion, grand master at iirms; Frank J. Hdler. Odumbia City, grand inner guard; William P. Hart, Huntington, and James E. Watson, Winchester, supreme representatives; John II. Frank, Alexandria, grand trustee. A resolution introduced by Henry M. Poellmann. of I.awrencehurg, providing that a permanent relief fund be raised hy assessing every member of the order $1 every live years, was defeated after a short discussion.
