Sunday Baseball Case.

Notice has been given in criminal court at Indianapolis that attorneys employed by the defense in the Sunday baseball case will appeal the case to the supreme court, and bond will probably be filed on behalf of Charles C. Carr, wKo was found guilty by a Jury in criminal court of having violated the law by playing baseball on Sunday. Attorney for the (Jefense say they fear x the supreme court in considering the case may grant a reversal without declaring the constitutionality of the Sunday baseball law, but they decided to take their chances by appealing.
