Banquet and Shower for Popular Young Lady Soon to be Married.
Miss Isabelle Luers, who for the past two years has been employed in the county treasurer’s officgJas deputy to Treasurer Allman, has tendered her resignation to take effect January Ist, and Miss Nettie Price has been employed to take the Soon after the first of the year Miss Luers will be Carried to Mr. George M. Sigo, son of Moses Sigo, of Reming-* ton, and they will make their home in North Dakota, where Mr. Sigo haq been since last spring. The- announcement of the forthcoming event was made at a spread and miscellaneous shower held in the main court room at noon Monday, when other young lady employes of the court house and several other friends of the bride-to-be had tables spread and a delightful banquet served. Miss Luers received a number of very appropriate presents w’hich will often remind her of her friends in Rensselaer after she has gone to her North Dakota home.
