Files Action For Divorce Against Absent Husband.

Through *her attorney, Geo. A. Williams, Mrs. John ‘Jessen Tuesday filed in the Jasper circuit court an application for divorce from her husband. John Jessen Is well known in Rensselaer and for several months last year was employed as an editorial writer on the Jasper County Democrat. For many years he has spent only a small part of his time with his family and he has never contributed adequately for their support. His wife ahd children are among the most highly respected people of the community and the action of Mrs. Jessen in seeking to have the bonds of matrimony dissolved will meet general approval. Jessen is a non-resident of the county, having disappeared shortly after the election last fall.
