Dr. James H. Honan To Visit His Rensselaer Brother.

Attorney E. P. Honan has received word that his brother, Dr. James H. Honan, of Berlin, Germany, will visit him, probably arriving here on Christmas day. Dr. Honan will be well remembered here, where he remained for some time. His success in the practice of medicine has been very marked and for some years he has been the physician and surgeon to the American embassy at Berlin. About a year ago Dr. Honan went from Berlin to Bad Nauheim, Germany, to take treatment for heart trouble. He at once began a thorough study of the heart in order to master bis own case and his research so interested him that he continued his studies since that time and is now expecting to demote his practice largely to that special organ. He came to this country particularly to lecture before medical colleges and societies on the treatment of heart diseases and delivered his first lecture at Boston, Mass., then before Harvard University and within 27 days he will deliver 2£ lectures before as many different societies and colleges. He came here under the auspices of the American Medical Association. His stay here will not be long, simply a visit with his brother before departing for Berlin, where he win continue his practice.
