Fraternities and Sororities Are Barred at Anderson.

The Anderson school board issued an order that school clubs, fraternities, sororities and all kinds of social organizations among school pupils would be forbidden. In defiance of the order nineteen young women of the T. C. G. club continued to hold meetings and the board suspended all of the nineteen. The suspension holds good until after the holidays. A meeting of the parents of the suspended girls wa? held Wednesday night and most of the parents favored the disbanding of the club and the petitioning of the school board to rescind the order. All did not acquiesce in this idea, .however, and no action Was taken..
