Cases Against Sheriff Shirer Are Dismissed By Plaintiffs.

The three cases filed against Sheriff Shirer have been dismissed. George Morin has effected a settlement with Peter Brook, of Goodland, of the judgment against him, and the property that had been seized as belonging to Morin and which relatives claimed as their own, has been released.
