Remington Fans Interested In Proposition For Baseball League.
After copying the article published in a recent issue of the Republican relative to the organization of a base ball league for the coming season the Remington Press says: ‘‘Some of our baseball enthusiasts would be interested in a league of the surrounding towns for next season. Remington can have a home talent team that can Bkin any of them.” Bjrook last year spoke favorably of the league. Now if Wolcott, Goodland and Kentland will come in we can have a compact little league easily reached by automobiles and a schedule of two games a week arranged. There is enough enthusiasm in this section of the Btate to furnish good support and if economically managed each team should pull through with a little division money.
