Anson Cox Suit Against Dr. J. W. Horton Being Tried. Anson Cox, who took the contract for the erection of the Horton building and flats, has been unable to settle amicably with Dr. Horton, who claims that his bill of “excess” charges is excessive. The merits of the case are being thrashed out in t)ie circuit court, the trial having begun Wednesday evening. About every mechanic in town has been subpoenaed to testify in the case.
