Suit On Injunction Bond Postponed Until Today.

The suit of D. H. Yeoman and A. V. Farmer against the Northern Indiana Land Co. and the bond furnished when the injunction suit was filed to restrain the county officers from paying Yeoman & Farmer for making the iftodge ditch, was set for trial Mpnday but postponed until today. Yeoman & Farmer won the previous case, proving that the ditch had been completed according to specifications and now they ask judgment in the sum of $2,000 for attorneys’ fees, interest on the withheld money and for other expenses.
