NOTICE TO PBOPEBTY OWXEBS Improvement Washington Street. Rensselaer, Indiana, November 2$ 1909. To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, that on the 22nd day of November, 1909, they approved an assessment roll showing the prima facie assessments for the following described public improvement: The .improvement of Washington street in said City from its intersection with Cullen street easterly to its intersection with Division street, by macadamizing the satne with stone macadam and by the construction of a cement curb and a cement curb and, gutter on either side of said street. Said improvement is intersected by the following named streets, to-wlt; Cullen street, Weston street and Division street, and by an alley running through block 14 and by an alley running through block 20 in the original plat of said city. Persons Interested in or affected by said described public improvement are hereby notified that the Common Council of said city has fixed December 6, 1909, at 7:30 o’clock p. m.. In the Council Chamber in the Court House in Rensselaer, as the time and place wtten and where remonstrances will be received or" heard against the amount assessed against each piece of property described in said assessment roll and will determine the question as to whether such lots or tracts of land have been or will be benefited In the amount named in said roll. Said assessment roll showing said prima facie assessments with the names of owners and description of property is on file and may be seen at the office of the City Clerk of said city.
