NOTICE TO NON-BESIDENTS. The state of Indiana, Jasper County. In the Jasper Circuit Court, November Term, 1909. Complaint No. 7528. Charles E. Osborn vs. Howard G. Gibbs, E. B. Owens, M. H. Blackburn, Emmet L. Hollingsworth and Dickinson Trust Company. Now comes the plaintiff, by Moses Leopold, his attorney, and flies his complaint herein, together with an affidavit that the defendants, Howard G. Gibbs, E. B. Owens and M. H. Blackburn are not restdgyts of the state of Indiana. Notice is therefore hereby given said defendants tnat unless they be and appear on the first day of the next term of the Jasper Circuit Court, to be holden on the 2nd Monday of February, A.
