NOTICE TO NON-BESIDENTS. The state of Indiana, Jasper County. In the Jasper Circuit Court, November Term, 1909. Complaint No. 7528. Charles E. Osborn vs. Howard G. Gibbs, E. B. Owens, M. H. Blackburn, Emmet L. Hollingsworth and Dickinson Trust Company. Now comes the plaintiff, by Moses Leopold, his attorney, and flies his complaint herein, together with an affidavit that the defendants, Howard G. Gibbs, E. B. Owens and M. H. Blackburn are not restdgyts of the state of Indiana. Notice is therefore hereby given said defendants tnat unless they be and appear on the first day of the next term of the Jasper Circuit Court, to be holden on the 2nd Monday of February, A. By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk's office of the Jasper Circuit Court in a cause wherein John Pinter is plaintiff, and August Woolbrandt and Francis Woolbrandt are defendants, requiring me to make the sum of four hundred thirty-four dollars and thirteen cents (1434.13), with interest on said decree and costs, I will expose at public sale to ttje highest bidder, on SATTTBDAT, THE 4th DAT OF MCEMBEX 1PO». between the hours of 10 o’clock a. m. and 4 o’clock p. m. of said day, at the door of the Court House of said Jasper county, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the following described real estate, to-wlt: The south one-fourth (U) of the west one-half (H) of the northwest quarter (>4) of section eighteen (18), township thirty-one (31) north, range five (5) west, containing twenty (20) acres in Jasper county, Indiana. If such rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree, interest and costs. I will at the same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate, or so mpch thereof as may be sufficient to discharge said decree, Interest and costs.
