Call for Meeting to Organize Band. There will be a meeting at the armory here next Monday evening at 7:30 o'clock for the purpose of organizing a Rensselaer band. OTTO J. BRAUN. Chris Kalberer is making things hum at the concrete tile factory, and nine hands are employed there every day, with three extra on Saturdays. He has a good supply in the steaming process and reports that the demand promises to keep the supply exhausted. Mr. Kalberer takes pleasure in showing callers through the plant. Prof. Otto J. Braun, of Lowell, gives official notice in this issue of a meetingcall to organize a band. This is a matter that should have the encouragement of the public, and it is hoped that the meeting will be largely attended. Lonzo Healy will be able to furnish information about the project. Prospective members and their parents are urged to attend this meeting.
