Jack Hoyes was seen in t&is locality Monday. C. Morgenegg called on S. H. Holmes Saturday evening. C. A. Reed took a bunch of cattle to T. G. Brown’s Sunday to put on stalk pasture. „ Jim Stanley spent Saturday night and Sunday with Elmer Brown. Wm. Heferling is doing some papering for C. Morgenegg this week. John and Mart Shroer were in Rensselaer Monday. Mrs. Frank Shroer is very sick at this writing. * k

Miss Lucy Morgenegg spent Saturday night and Sunday with home folks. ~ ~ 1 , ** The Dunkard people held church services at their church Sunday. Samuel Pullins spent Friday night Pullins and family. Elf Her Brown and Mlbs Lucy Morgenegg called on S. Holmes and family Sunday evening. Quite a few young folks from this locality attended the show at Rensselaer Saturday night. Thomas Brown sold some fat hogs to 8. Makfeever. Tuesday for $7.25 per hundred. Vilas Price took his best girl to a

surprise party Saturday night at Mr. Torbit’s. . Lon Heifferline and John Newcome ordered them a new corn shredder, and it arrived in Rensselaer Tuesday. Walter and Frank Brown spent Saturday night and Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Holmes and family, south of town. Mrs. Ell Arnold went to Chicago Saturday to>vlait friends and relatives for a. few days, knd then will go to Michigan to spend a few days with her brother,,Van Lesb, before return* ing home.
