LEE ITEMS.

Sunday morning at one o'clock occurred the death of Grandpa Zable, of near here. Interment was made at the Osborne cemetery Wednesday. Robert Hasting and wife and Mrs. S. L. Johnson visited L. M. Jacks and family Tuesday. Ward Tyner came with Morris Jacks from school Friday night to visit his urlcle, O. A. Jacks, and family, returning to his home in Monon Monday. J. P. Overton went to Rensselaer Wednesday. Frank Fisher, of Fowler, spent Tuesday night with his father-in-law, L. E. Noland, and went to McCoysburg Wednesday. The blind people of Lee, Mr. and Mrs. Ostander, gave an entertainment Saturday night. Morris Miller has something in his eye which is hard to remove, and as yet he has not succeeded in removing it. Mrs. S. W. Noland is on the sick list at this writing. A. B. Lewis made a business trip to Lafayette Tuesday night. Mike Peregrine is •Ve-roofing his house and barn.
