CASES SET FOR TRIAL? LOOKS LIKE BUST SESSION.
State of Indiana vs. Bader, Charging Latter With Fraudulent Bridge Claim, Set for Third Monday. The court Tuesday set the dates for hearing the cases most probable to come up for hearing at this term of The most important of these is that ■of the State of Indiana against Chas. L. Bader, of the Winamac Bridge Co., in which he is charged with having presented a fraudulent claim against the county for payment for the construction of* a bridge across the Howe ditch southeast of Rensselaer, and which, it is alleged, was not built according to specifications. This case will come up the tfcird Monday of the term which will be Nov. 22d. This case will be one of very deep interest, for if the tax payers are being defrauded in the matter of bridges they want to find it out and have the guilty parties punished. Prosecutor Longwell has been giving the case considerable study and will do all in his power to procure a conviction. Mr. Bader will be represented by Attorney Williams.
