Toyne is plaintiff and Edwin Burritt Smith and Emma J. D. Smith, his wife, Cresent Oil and Asphalt and Gas Company incorporated, the American Lubric and Refining Company incorporated, The Peoples Trust Company incorporated. Warren Nichols Trustee, Joseph N. Griffin, trustee Cresent Oil Asphalt and Gas Company; The Federal Oil Asphaltum Company, Cresent Oil Asphaltum and Gas Company, The Interstate Oil Company of Indiana, Frank C.
