Women’s hats have grown so large that the wholesale milliners of Chicago protested against the rates charged for carrying them by the express companies at a hearing before the Illinois Railroad and Warehouse commission. The, milliners contended that the express companies did not have the right to charge for the size of the boxes containing the fashionable hats, but only for the weight. \ Lived 125 Tears. Wm.
