Dr. M. D. Gwin, the county health commissioner, has received from the state health department the new instructions to health officer* and has disbursed them according to instructions, sending a copy to each of the health officers of the county and also to the county clerk, county auditor and to Judge Hanley and Prosecuting Attorney Longwell.
