Following an encounter between Chief Dan Harvey, of the Newcastle lire department, and Fireman Calvin Osborne, the council will investigate, and there will in all probability be a shakeup in the department. After some words the chief and the fireman got together and the chief came off second best. Fire Chief Harvey was struck on the head, his face scratched and he was otherwise badly used by Osborne.
