Petition of Bankrupt for His Discharge. In the matter of William R. Stewart, bankrupt. . No. 2872, in Bankruptcy. District of Indiana, ss: On this 15th day of October, A. D. 1909, on reading the petition of the bankrupt for his discharge, it is ordered by the court, that a hearjng be had upon the same on the 11th day of November, A. D. 'IBO9, before said Court, at Indianapolis, in said District, at nine o’clock in the forenoon, and that notice thereof be published twice in the Rensselaer Republican, a newspaper printed in said district, and that all known creditors and other persons in interest may appear at the said .tlzie _.xd place and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of the said petitioner should not be ranted. And it is further ordered b f the Court, that the Clerk shall send by mail f to all known creditors copies of said petition and this order, addressed to them at their places of residence as stated. Gaffleld, a Justice of the Peace, on July 26, 1909, a transcript of which was filed in the office of the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, on the Bth day of October, 1909, and to me directed by the Clerk of said Court, I will offer for sale, at public auction and outcry, to the highest 'bidder, at the door of the Court House, in Rensselaer, Jasper County, Indiana, on SATURDAY, THE 6th SAY OY NOVEMBER, 1909, between the hours of 10 o’clock a. m. and 4 o’clock p. m. of said day, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the following described real estate, situated in Jasper County, in the State of Indiana, to-wit: The north half of the northwest quarter of section twenty-one (21), township twenty-eight (28) north, range six (6) west, containing eighty (80) acr.es. And in case the rents and profits fail to bring the amount demanded to satisfy the Judgment and decree aforesaid, interest and costs, together with all accruing costs, -1 will, at the same time and place, and in like manner as aforesaid, offer for sale, at public auction and outcry, to the highest bidder, all the right, title, interest and estate in fee simple of Sarah E. Bane in and to the above described real estate, or so much and such part thereof as mgy be necessary to satisfy the judgment and satd, which is in favor of James F. Irwin and against Sarah E. Lane for the sum of thirty-seven dollars and nineteen cents ($37.19), interest and costs apd accruing costs. Said real estate will be sold without relief from valuation or appraisement laws, and subject to any former mortgages and leina and to the redemption laws of the sute of Indiana. L. P.
