GOOD WOMAN SUCCUMBS AFTER BRIEF SICKNESS.

Mrs. Alton Grant Died Saturday Afternoon—Funeral From Residence Tuesday at 2 o’cloek. Mrs. Alton Grant passed away at 3 o’clock Saturday afternoon at the family residence west of town, on the county farm road. She was taken sick just ten days before her death with a pleurisy and heart trouble In addition to the asthma from which she had suffered for some time. Last spring she also suffered from the pleurisy, the attack being much the same as it was this time, but she recovered and her health this summer was quite good, but she was unable to withstand the attack a second Grant was 64 years of age on February 20th, and leaves a husband, two sons, Charles and Garland; one daughter, Josephine; a brother, BurgesS Dillon, of this city, and a sister, Mrs. Amanda Morlan, now living with her son, Frank Morlan, in North Dakota. Charles Morlan and Mrs. Chas. Rishling, of this city, are nephew and niece, and Mrs. Rishling will be unable to attend -the funeral owing to sickness. Mrs. Morlan will not get here from North Daktoa, owing to the fact that some of the trains do not Tun there on Saturday night and it was impossible for her to get through. The funeral will be held at the farm residence, 1 mile west of town, Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock, and will be conducted by Elder Halstead, of the Church of Ged. Interment will be made in Weston cemetery.
