S. H. Holmes lost a valuable colt Friday. John Hopkins and sons returned home Friday. Miss Lucy Morgenegg spent Saturday night and Sunday with home folks. Ross, Ralph and Floyd Bhoock visited with , Spencer and Esta Holmes Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. L. A. Greenlee and family visited with E. Greenlee and family Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. S. Holmes called on Charles Greenlee Monday. Winfred Pulllns is manufacturing some cement posts that will stand the storms of many winters. Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Morrison and little daughter and Mr. and Mrs. John Scott visited with Mr. and Mrs. S. Holmes and family Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Wto. Elkins and daughter, Charles Greenlee, Walter Smith, Jim Stanley, Elmer Brown and Miss Lucy Morgenegg called on S. Holmes and family Sunday afternoon. Mrs. Charles Pullins visited with her daughter, Mrs. Add Shoock, Sunday. Emmet Pullin is building him a wood house and smoke house combined. Philip Durant and Alex Hurley are doing some tile ditching for Werner Miller this week. J. J. Eigelsbaugh was in this locality Tuesday, looking after some butcher stuff. McLain, the insurance agent, passed through our town Tuesday enroute to Gifford.
