Mr. and Mrs. John Southard visited Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Foulks Sunday. Mrs. Mary McCashen and Miss Ettie took Mrs. Ennis to the milk train at Lee Sunday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. John Southard are boarding tile ditchers. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. McDonald and baby, of near LaCrosse, visited relatives here over Sunday. Miss Mabel Sommers was a Rensselaer visitor Saturday. Chas. Wood attended the horse show at Rensselaer Saturday. Mrs. D. Z., Mrs. Jos. and Mrs. John Clark ate dinner with Mrs. L. Foulks and Mrs. E. Underwood. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Williams spent the last of the week visiting friends near Rensselaer, returning home Monday. Misses Jessie and Belle Southard and Jas. Boon were in Rensselaer Saturday to attend the horse show. Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Caster were in Monon Monday. Ed Herman made a trip to the western states this week to look at the country. Mr. Gray and son, of Ohio, are making a visit of indefinite length with the former’s daughter, Mrs. Ed Herman, and family.
