Northwestern Indiana Traction Company Franchised at Monticello.

Tbe town council of Monticello has granted a franchise to the Northwestern Indiana Traction Company, which is represented in Rensselaer by Geo. W. Goff, and at Monticello by C. D. Meeker, J. D. Timmons and W. F. Brucker. The company is proceeding at once toward securing the their proposed road.
