Parr Band Deserving of Liberal Support At Social.

The Parr band has maintained a very good organization throughout the year and are planning to keep up their practice all winter and thus be able to get an early start next year. The boys have given their services liberally for the entertainment of the people of that section and some of the women who are always found at the bottom of any good work, havq, planned to hold a social for them Saturday night at Wood’s hall. A program, including band music, will be rendered and while there will be no admission at the door, tie ladies will serve oysters and the proceeds will go toward the support of the band. A large turn out is expected.
