D. E. Hollister Suffers Fracture of Right Leg.
D. E. Hollister, the well known elevator engineer, suffered the fracture of the small bone on his right leg just above the ankle at. noon Monday. He had been to Remington with Bert Abbott, in Babcock & Hopkins* automobile and as they were returning home he undertook to jump out of the machine near his home, without having Bert stop for him. He fell as he jumped and the rear wheel of the car passed over his leg, resulting in the injury. Ben Harris and Mr. Abbott assisted him home and a physician was called. Mr. Holliser will be 71 years of age in December, but Is one of the best preserved men of his years in the city and he is very cheerful about the injury, but he will probably be laid up for some time.
