B. Forsythe Buys a Good Big Jasper County Farm.

B. Forsythe, for so many at the head of the Chicago Bargain Store, and who for the past six months has been closing out his business in order that himself and wife may retire after their long years of active and confining business life, has concluded a deal for the purchase of the Churchill farm of 210 acres and lying along the Monon railroad track, northwest of town. He bought it from Herman and Fenton O. Churchill, paying S9O an acre or $18,900 for the tract. The land is just west of the Maines farm, which was bought several years ago for $Bl per acre. It will be good news to the many friends of Mr. and Mrs. Forsythe tft learn that they have made an investment in Jasper coupty land and that they" will spend much of their time in the town where they have made much of their money. Mr. Forsythe has not rented the farm as yet, but expects to do so shortly.
