State of Indiana, County of Jasper, as: To the Marshal of Rensselaer, Indiana, Greeting: I, Chas, Morlan, City Clerk of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, do hereby certify that at a general election to be held at the several voting precincts In said city, on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November, 1909, to-wit: on the 2nd day of November, in said year, there are to be voted for and elected the following city officers towit: City Mayor.
