Hamlin Smith To Hold Public Sale On Tuesday, October 12th.

Hamlin H. Smith, who lives 3 miles northeast of Mt. Ayr, will hold a public sale on Tuesday, Oct. 12th, preparatory to moving to Colorado, in which state he has homesteaded 320 acres of land. His claim is near Wild Horse, about 135 miles southeast of Denver, and when proved up will make him a good big farm. His sale will be well advertised and will be auctioneered by Col. Fred Phillips, with C. G. Spitler as clerk.
