LEE ITEMS.

Mrs. A. B. Lewis spent Tuesday night with Mrs. S. M. Jacks. Will Stiers is painting the church at Lee at this writing. Harry Rishling, and family visited with Mrs. M. A. Rishling Sunday. Mrs. O. A. Jacks went to Rensselaer and then to Monon Tuesday. Mrs. S. KI. Jacks and son, Oscar, went to Monon Tuesday. A. B. Lewis made a business trip to Lafayette Tuesday night. Mrs. John Phillips came Tuesday night to visit Mrs. M. A. Rishling. Mrs. Will Ireland and children and Tug Ireland went to Hammond Wednesday. Mrs. Joseph Stewart and her sister-in-law and Jose Anderson called on Mrs.- Ida Lewis. Mrs. Mabie Rishling went to Rensselaer Wednesday to visit her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Woods. Sunday afternoon Leonie Noland accidently shot Mr. L. E. Noland in the left leg. The bullet did not go through the leg, but the doctor did not remove it. Mr. Noland was confined to his bed, but can be up again in a few days if nothing else sets in.
