A Thorntown Horse Buyer Arrested In Chicago Friday.

James A. Danewood, a Thorntown horse buyer, was arrested in Chicago Friday charged with issuing fraudul-. ent checks. Danewood had borrowed money of Cabe Davis, of Lebanon, to buy horses, and after their sale he was to pay Davis.' He took the .horses to Chicago and sold them and is reported to have sent checks to Davis on a Thorntown bank but not to have deposited any money therein. He then failed to show up and Mr. Davis went to Chicago ahd caused his arrest.
