Washington “Blind Tiger” Man Fined and Imprisoned.

Chas. Valin, of Washington, Ind., was convicted Friday of conducting a “blind tiger” and was sentenced to 30 days in jail and to pay a fine of SIOO. He will take an appeal to a higher court.
