State Charities Inspector Visits Jasper Institutions.

A. R. Chairman, inspector of the state board of charities, arrived here Thursday evening and spent several hours this Friday morning inspecting the county jail and the county farm. This inspection is made annually and the report is embodied in the annual report of that office.
