Notice to Property Owners of Extension of Division and Scott Street Sewer. Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, at a regular meeting thereof on August 23, 1909, passed and adopted h resolution providing for the extension of the Division and Scott street sewer from the present mouth on out to new river channel. And notice is hereby given that the Common Council, of said City, will meet on the 13th day of September, 1909, ,at 8:00 o’clock p. m., at the Council Chamber in the Court House, at which time and place all persons whose property will be affected by such proposed sewer extension m&y be heard as to the necessity for same and may file any objections or remonstrances at that time.
