Notice is hereby given that the Treasurer of Jasper county, Indiana, will, on the 11th day of September, 1909, at 10 o’clock a. m., at the County Treasuer’s Office, in the city of Rensselaer, Indiana, offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for not less than the par value thereof the following bonds towit: Twenty bonds in twenty equal sums of $225.00 each, amounting to $4,500. Said bonds to bear date of June 9. 1909. and drawing interest at the rate of 4% per cent per annum, payable semi-annually on the mb dayof May and the 15th day of November each year. Interest and principal payable at Jasper .Savings and Trust Company bank in the city of Rensselaer. Indiana. Said bonds are issued to pay the expenses of location and construction of the H. C. Beeks stone road on the county line between Benton and Jasper counties. Indiana. The successful bidder will be required' tp deposit SIOO.OO for faithful performance of contract.
