The above described line of ditch below the first one-half mile thereof, being along and upon the line of an old ditchr heretofore Constructed, and which is insufficient to drain the lands assessed for its construction. , It is the wish and intention of the petitioners herein to deepen and widen the old drain, so as to make as nearly as practicable a uniform grade line from the source of the proposed drain to the outlet thereof. You are further notified that you are named in said petition as being the owner of lands which will be afTected by the location and construction of the proposed drain, and your lands are described therein. You are further notified that said petition is now pending, and will come up for hearing and docketing before the Honorable Charles W.
