Mutual Telephone Company To Be Incorporated.

Arrangements were made at a meeting in Rensselaer Saturday to incorporate a Farmers’ Mutual Telephone Co. to include the counties of Jasper, Newton, Benton and White. The capital stock is to be $50,000, divided into shares of S6O each. Another meeting will be held in two weeks to take further steps toward the organization of the company.
