Randolph Spriggs, the Second Victim of collision , Dead.

Word was received of the death this Wednesday, morning of Randolph Spriggs, the motorman who was injured in the car collision last Friday in Chicago which resulted in the death of Otis Best. Deceased is the son of Squire Joel M. Spriggs, of Walker township, and the burial will probably take place in that township, although arrangements had not been made for the funeral at the time of going to press.
