Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of Rensselaer, Indiana, on July 12, 1909, passed and adopted a resolution for the improvement, with macadem and cement curbs, that part of Washington street from Cullen street easterly to Division street. And notice is hereby given to all persons owning property along the line of said street that the Common Council of . said City will meet in the Council Chamber in the Court House at 8:00 o’clock p. m., on August 9, 1909, at which time all persons interested in said improvement may appear ahd make any objections or file any remonstrances against said improvement.
