The oiled streets are a success notwithstanding there has been so mqch rainfall that the oil has not had a fair chance to demonstrate perfectly as yet its good qualities in keeping down the dust. John Tigler has been taken to the county farm, where he will be given a home. Tigler is the old man who was recently declared insane at an insanity inquest in Hanging Grove township. His son withdrew his complaint against him and Tigler was turned over to the township trustee, who in turn turned him over to Superintendent Nichols, of the county farm.
